- Your platform: iOS, Android, or web — plus the app version (Settings → About).
We aim to respond within one week. We are a small operation; we will get back to you.
Self-serve actions
Export your data
Settings → Your data → Export data. You will receive a downloadable archive containing CSV and JSON copies of your accounts, debts, transactions, and goals. Export is free and unlimited.
Delete your account
Settings → Your data → Delete account. Deletion takes effect after a 7-day grace period during which you can reverse it by signing back in. After 7 days, your data is permanently removed and is no longer recoverable.
Unlink a bank or card
Settings → Connections → tap the institution → Unlink. Sevra immediately stops syncing the account and purges the Plaid access token from our servers. You can re-link the same account later if you change your mind.
Reset two-factor authentication
If you've lost access to your authenticator app and your recovery codes, email us from the address on your account. We can disable TOTP after verifying your identity. Until then, account access remains protected.
Bugs and feedback
Sevra is in active development. If something looks wrong, behaves unexpectedly, or could be better, please email us — even small notes help. There is no public bug tracker yet.
